IMC has launched the "Covid-19 Pre-vaccination Health Assessment" for those who are interested in vaccinations, to detect any potential health issues as early as possible and have a better understanding of their health before their vaccinations.

Terms & Conditions:
- International Medical Centre (Hong Kong) Limited (“International Medical Centre”) will contact the customer within 2 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call physical check-up hotline at (852) 2878 2988 or email to [email protected] or making use of the online booking service of International Medical Centre for booking.
- Daily booking quota is limited and on a first-come-first-served basis. Customers need to select other date if the selected time slot is full.
- The physical check-up plan is available at International Medical Centre.
- A redemption code will be provided for each purchased item. Each redemption code could be used once by one person only.
- Customers must present their passport/identity cards and order confirmation e-mail (printed or e-version) on the appointment day.
- Physical check-up plan is applicable to people aged 18 or above only.
- The health check result is for reference only. Patients should bear the risk of Covid-19 vaccination. IMC accepts no responsibility for the consequences resulting from Covid-19 vaccines.
- All packaged items are fixed. In case there are any test items in the above programmes being declined or not conducted due to any reason, there will be no refund nor exchange for such items.
- Physical check-up plan is applicable during the business hours from Monday to Saturday (except Sunday and public holidays). Please contact International Medical Center about the business hours for festivals/special occasions.
- The physical check-up plan will be valid for one month and it will expire after such three-month period. Customers should take the physical check-up plan within three month from the date of confirmed payment.
- Service will be deemed to be provided or redeemed for absentees or latecomers who is late for more than 30 minutes.
- Neither amendment nor cancellation is allowed once the payment has been confirmed. Also, it is not transferable nor refundable.
- All tests are not for the purpose of medical diagnosis or treatment. Health care voucher is not accepted.
- Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

- If the physical check-up plan cannot be performed due to special reasons of force majeure, International Medical Centre reserves the right to decide to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the physical check-up plan or replace it by the equivalent products.
- In case of disputes, the decision of International Medical Centre shall be final.

Preparation For Check-ups:
- Please avoid alcoholic drinks and maintain normal diet for three days before the examination.
- Helicobacter Pylori Breath Test – at least 4 hours fasting prior to the test is required. Do not take any antibiotics for at least 4 weeks before the test. Do not take any proton pump inhibitors (Prilosec, Prevacid, Aciphex, Nexium, Protonix) or Pepto-Bismol for at least 2 weeks before the test.
- If your check-up programme includes items like blood glucose, cholesterol, triglycerides, and abdominal ultrasound, 8 hours fasting prior to the check-up is required.
- If you are currently using any medication(s) for chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and asthma, please bring along with your medicine on the day of check-up.
- Please dress comfortably for the check-up.
