The Smith Machine

The Smith machine can be used for squats, weightlifting and pull-ups, with a total of up to 75 training methods. It is suitable for beginners.
Standing Overhead Press: Focus on deltoid and triceps.
Biceps curl: Focus on the independent muscle groups of biceps.
Bench press: It is divided into three ways: flat plate, upward slant, and downward slant. Focus on pectoral muscles.
Deadlift: Focus on lower back and biceps.
Underhand bent-over row: Focus on the middle part of latissimus dorsi and circular muscle.
Squat: Focus on quadriceps, biceps and gluteus maximus.
