- Not applicable for insurance direct billing and medical card. Health care voucher is not accepted.
- For cases with positive test results, or the customers condition falls into Centre for Health Protection Guidelines, IMC is required to report to the Centre for Health Protection. Patients will be referred to public hospitals for further testing and treatment.
- If this service cannot be performed due to special reasons of force majeure, IMC reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this service or change with the equivalent service.
- IMC reserves the right to make final decisions on all services, including changing the terms and conditions of the services, and other arrangements without prior notice.
The certifying letter is issued by registered medical practitioners in IMC demonstrating at the time of examination there is no evidence of infection of COVID-19. Customers have to check with relevant authority whether this is sufficient for their purposes. IMC will not be liable for any loss as a result of this.
