How can I buy online?
You can buy online via online store of International Medical Centre (Hong Kong) Limited (“International Medical Centre”) with just a few simple steps:
• Select the product you want and click “Add to cart”.
• Click “Shopping Cart” on the upper-right corner, then click “Checkout”.
• Click “Payment”.
• Enter contact information and confirm the product terms, then select the payment method.
• Confirm your purchase order and complete the transaction.
• The product confirmation and redemption letter will be sent to your email address 5-10 minutes after you complete the purchase (once the bank transfer is confirmed).

What payment methods does International Medical Centre’s online store accept?
You can make online payment with MASTERCARD, VISA and China UnionPay.

How do I know that my purchase order is confirmed?
An order confirmation letter will be sent to your email address 5-10 minutes after you complete the purchase (once the bank transfer is confirmed).

How do I make an appointment for the service purchased?
Please refer to the terms and conditions of each product. Our Customer Service Department will contact you within 2 working days after successful payment. Customers can also call physical check-up hotline at (852) 2878 2988 or email to [email protected] or making use of the online booking service of International Medical Centre for booking.

How do I redeem the service and product?
On the day of appointment or order pick-up, customer must present his/her passport/ID card with the order confirmation e-mail (printed or e-version) for identity verification at International Medical Centre. Please refer to the terms and conditions of each product for further details.

How do I change the service appointment or contact information?
Should any changes to be made regarding service appointments or contact information, please call (852) 2878 2988 or email to [email protected].

How do I cancel an order?
No purchased services and products can be refunded or exchanged for other service plans.

Can I purchase products for my family?
You may purchase products for family or friends. On the day of the appointment, the family member or friend must present his/her passport/ID card with the order confirmation e-mail (printed or e-version) for identity verification at International Medical Centre.
