MASSAGE THERAPY

IMC provides massage treatments to relieve muscle tissues that cause pain due to tension. It can also relieve the side effects of cancer due to treatment and its symptoms.

There are many more massage methods, including Effleurage, Stroking, Kneading, Deep Friction, Squeezing, Tapotement and Stepping.

Stroking massage

Effleurage It is mainly used at the beginning of the massage with lower intensity. It extends from the distal end of the limb to the heart. The purpose is to relax the recipient's mood and surface muscles.

Stroking

Similar to stroking massage, but its intensity is higher and deeper. It is mainly used as a targeted deep treatment.

Kneading

The kneading method has fine and in-depth coverage.

Deep Friction

It is mainly used for wounded soft tissues, such as muscle nodules or tendons. The intensity is more concentrated than kneading by slowly pressing with fingertips or elbows.

Squeezing

It can help promote blood circulation and improve muscle elasticity.

Tapotement

It stimulates muscles by rhythmically stimulating nerves.

Ashiatsu Massage Therapy

Ashiatsu is a barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. The deep tissue technique can help to improve blood circulation while relieving stress and muscle tension. It is particularly helpful for lower back and lower limb fatigue.
