PERSONAL TRAINING PROGRAMME
The personal trainer develops a one-to-one fitness training plan for customers. By combining a variety of fitness methods, such as weight training, aerobics or stretching, it aims to exercise the clients' core muscle groups, strengthen strength or improve cardiopulmonary function. Customers can thereby achieve their fitness goals.
